Victim of I-70 crash early Tuesday ID’d as Wentzville woman
A woman killed in a one-vehicle crash in St. Charles County early Tuesday has been identified.
The state highway patrol says 49-year-old Cynthia Johnson of Wentzville was thrown out of the passenger seat of a car that slid out of control and into the median of westbound I-70 at Wentzville Parkway at 5:45 am Tuesday, slamming into the cable barrier.
Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
