ST. CHARLES, MO (KMOX)-Investigators say the 23 year old Wentzville man murdered in St. Charles last week was set-up for a robbery, and he knew his attackers

Major Case Squad  Lt. Mike Akers says 20 year old Harvian Cameron of St. Charles and 21 year old Jeffrey Lottie of O’Fallon are charged with second degree murder, first degree robbery and armed criminal action in the case, but the actual shooter was a 15 year old boy, who is still at large.

Brennan was shot outside the Sunbrook Apartments on July 13th. He was found in his car on the Cave Springs overpass near I-70 and died a few hours later.  Akers says Brennan was able to identify the suspects before he lost consciousness.

Akers says there’s reason to believe drugs were involved.

Carmeron and Lottie are each held on $1 million cash bond only. Akers says they beleive they know the identity of the juvenile they’re looking for. He says they all run with the same crowd.

Akers says if you have information on that third suspect, call 636-949-3320 or if you want to remain anonymous call St. Charles Crimestoppers at 636-949-3333.
