Graffiti found in O’fallon Ill.
O’FALLON, Ill. (KMOX) – Detectives with the O’Fallon Illinois Police Department are investigating graffiti found on a railroad overpass at Illinois 158 and in the 100 block of East First Street.
The Belleville News Democrat reports that because of the high dollar damage done to property at both locations, the police department is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for the vandalism.
O’Fallon police Lt. Mick Hunter says investigators believe the graffiti was placed between 4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Monday
Police believe the graffiti was done by the same individual or group because of the similarity in paint color and selected wording.
