Man shot to death on Blair
ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – A man was shot to death Thursday night while in the 4000 block of Blair.
Police say the victim was a man in his late 20s or early 30s.
Officials say he was shot once in the head and was pronounced dead on the scene.
