JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMOX) — Missouri’s Secretary of State’s office reports that for part of the day, Tuesday the tool used to look-up registered voters was not available.
Laura Egerdal says access to the tool does not affect the process by which poll workers check-in voters or confirm their identity.
Egerdal added the Secretary of State’s office has not received any reports of Missouri voters being kept from casting a ballot.
The problem was resolved by early afternoon.
Voters can contact the state Elections Division at one-800-NOW VOTE.
There were no problems with the voter registration database itself.
