Mo. woman dies in mobile home fire
MONTREAL, Mo. (AP) — A south-central Missouri woman is dead after a fire engulfed her mobile home.
The woman’s name has not been released. Mid-County Fire Protection Chief Scott Frandzen says the fire was reported late Tuesday at the home just south of Montreal on the Camden/LaClede county line.
A man and two children escaped the fire. The children were treated at the scene and the man was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
